1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bright Nest Living services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Estimates

All written estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on scope changes, material selections, or unforeseen structural conditions discovered during work — always communicated in writing before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to schedule work. Progress payments are invoiced at agreed milestones. Final payment is due upon substantial completion. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.

4. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates based on typical conditions. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, permit approvals, or client-requested changes are not considered breaches of contract.

5. Warranties

We provide a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on all labor. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovering an issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bright Nest Living's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in New York under AAA rules.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel your project within 72 hours of signing the contract for a full refund of your deposit, minus a $250 administrative fee. After 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable as materials and labor are reserved.

2. Cancellation During Work

If you cancel mid-project, you will be invoiced for all work completed, materials purchased, and subcontractor fees incurred to date. Remaining deposit balance (if any) will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Product Returns

Unused, unopened materials purchased through Bright Nest Living may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom-ordered, cut, or installed items are non-returnable.

4. Defective Work

If you believe work is defective, notify us in writing within 30 days. We will inspect and, if valid, repair or replace the work at no cost under our 5-year craftsmanship warranty.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
